Libba recently served as the executive director of the Freshwater Land Trust, after previously serving as the organization’s communications and development director. She also served as UAB’s director of service learning and undergraduate research.
At the Freshwater Land Trust, Libba was instrumental in increasing the acreage under the Freshwater Land Trust’s conservation footprint and growing critical connections within Jefferson County’s 750-mile Red Rock Trail System in Jefferson County. She is a Class of 2018 Leadership Birmingham graduate and serves on the board of Alabama Possible. She grew up on Guntersville Lake on the Tennessee River. She and her husband Brooks have two boys, ages 15 and 11.
